Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at admin@aspirateursamson.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Changes to U.S. Import Rules (De Minimis Elimination)
Effective August 29th, the U.S. government has eliminated the de minimis exemption for all shipments imported into the United States.
To make things easier for our U.S. customers, we have adjusted our product pricing so that all applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are already included in the price you pay at checkout.
This means:

You will not be charged additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

We handle all customs clearance and related fees on your behalf.
